Standings and tiebreakers

The hub carries the official standings. FACEIT scores a group stage fixture as a Bo2, which is not the same view, so where the two differ the hub governs.

How the group stage is counted

Each group stage fixture is a Bo2 scored as two individual Bo1 results. Both maps count separately, so a fixture can end 1–1 and both teams take something from it.

Across a six-fixture round robin in a group of seven, that means 12 scored map results per team.

The top four teams from each group enter the Championship Playoffs; the remaining six enter the Relegation Group.

Tiebreakers

Applied in order:

1. Wins
2. Round difference
3. Head-to-head
4. Total rounds won

If teams are still level after all four, admins decide the procedure case by case.

Walkover scoreline

Kanaliiga records a walkover as 6–0 per map. That convention needs checking against MR12, where a completed map is won 13–0, and it matters here because round difference is the second tiebreaker — the number chosen directly decides who gets promoted.

Whatever is chosen, it should be a single stated number applied consistently, and it should not reward a team more for a walkover than for actually winning a close map. See Forfeits.
