Disputes and appeals

The helpdesk acts as referee, staffed during match nights, with admin authority to interpret these rules and make binding calls while the match is running.

Raise anything through a ticket. Pause first if play cannot reasonably continue — see Match rules for pause commands.

Refereeing decisions can be appealed to the organisers within two days of the match. Appeals are handled as quickly as possible.

Include what was decided, why you think it was wrong, and any evidence. An appeal that just restates disagreement is unlikely to change anything.

Where a recorded result and someone’s recollection differ, the hub is the source of truth. If the hub is wrong, that’s a ticket, not an argument with your opponent.

Right now, #contact-organizers on Discord. Once the season phase opens, #rulebook-questions handles rules interpretation and the season channels handle match issues. See the Discord guide.

There is no dedicated dispute channel yet — deliberately, until Season 1 produces enough volume to justify one.
