Conduct and anti-cheat

Not acceptable:

  • Offensive nicknames or profile pictures
  • Racist, sexist or otherwise offensive comments
  • Harassing or belittling opponents
  • Deliberate stalling or trolling
  • Cheating, or working around the rules

Perfectly fine:

  • Friendly banter and joking
  • Tactical communication
  • Saying GG afterwards

The captain is responsible for their own team playing within the rules.

If you see something, take a screenshot or save the demo, then open a ticket. Cases are handled individually.

Dozens of matches run every week and admins cannot watch them all. Peer observation is the real safeguard, so reporting is expected rather than optional.

Open a ticket as soon as possible, with all the evidence you have. Every report is investigated and you’ll be told if it leads to further action.

Do not accuse people publicly before a case is resolved. That applies to suspected smurfing as much as to suspected cheating. A public accusation that turns out to be wrong does damage a private ticket would not have.

Outcomes and penalties may be published, depending on the nature of the case.

By entering the league you agree to help investigations along. In practice:

  • Answer questions honestly.
  • Provide any material that is asked for.
  • Accept admin Steam friend requests.
  • Agent skins are banned, with their own procedure — see Match rules.
  • Account and smurfing requirements are in Eligibility.
  • Deliberately underperforming to secure an easier division next season is covered under Penalties.
